The opportunity

The Retail Change team sits within our Retail Change and Central Operations department, it is responsible for the development and delivery of change initiates within the Commercial and Retail directorate, under the governance of the Retail Portfolio Group.

As Retail Portfolio Administrator you’ll play a vital role within the Retail Portfolio Group, being responsible for producing reports in conjunction with the project leads, maintaining portfolio documentation and circulating agenda and meeting notes.

About you

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, with a hands on and proactive approach to their workload. 

You'll be someone who is highly organised with the ability to handle multiple deadlines at any one time. A confident user of Microsoft office packages, you’ll be comfortable attending meetings and taking notes as well as creating actions and agendas.

Excellent communication skills are a must as you’ll be the key contact for all stakeholders in the Retail Change and Central Operations team and also within the wider Retail directorate. You’ll also have a proven track record of working on your own initiative but also be a keen team player who enjoys working with other teams members and likes to get stuck in.

This role would ideally suit someone who’s starting out in their career or someone who is looking for a part-time role.
