Delivery Team Leader, Open to flexible working
The Council is looking for a qualified Town Planner to manage its Section 106 and CIL Delivery Team. The post will involve managing a team of staff responsible for the Council’s Section 106 and CIL functions including leading on the review of the Council’s CIL Charging Schedule.
To be able to do this role, you must have a sound understanding of viability in a planning context, as well as planning policy and legislation, particularly associated with Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act and the implementation of the Community Infrastructure Levy regulations and guidance.
You will also be politically aware and have experience of procurement processes and managing staff.
You will need a graduate or post graduate qualification in Town Planning (or equivalent) and will need to be a member of, or have eligibility for the Royal Town Planning Institute.
