Business Development Manager, Part time 4 to 5 days/wk (flexible)

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and motivated person to join us as a member of our core team in a flexible, friendly, high calibre psychological therapy practice.

Efficacy was founded in 2003; our aim is to provide high quality therapy, consultancy and training to individuals and organisations in both London and nationwide. We are the largest independent provider of CBT and psychological well-being services in London and strive to be a centre of excellence for service provision.

Efficacy requires a dynamic forward-thinking Business Development Manager to drive and execute the Business Development Strategy.

THE ROLE: As Business Development Sales Manager for this market leading and progressive business, your remit will be to execute the business development strategy in conjunction with senior management. You will do this by:

  • Negotiating and develop profitable sales within the allocated existing business relationships
  • Develop new business revenues within existing relationships
  • Target organisations directly to develop new services lines and achieve revenue targets whilst maintaining profitability.
  • Effectively develop and manage excellent working relationships both internally and externally

THE PERSON:  You will have an extremely positive outlook, a can-do attitude and a naturally warm and consultative style.

Our primary focus is meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations, by developing a long-term close working partnership, which delivers substantial value to their business.

You will be responsible for the production of business proposals (with input from the Clinical and Operations Director) to detail Efficacy propositions and cost models and lead contract negotiation and pricing discussions to achieve balance of commercial advantages whilst adhering to cost and clinical models.
