HR Systems Manager - Open to flexible working - Peterborough

Our HR systems estate is broad and diverse to include Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, Talent Management, Payroll, Rewards and Benefits, and more.
As our HR Systems Management expert you’ll provide leadership and management of the HRIS team to ensure that HR systems meet business objectives. You’ll lead the technical development and support the business using Oracle Cloud HCM, the groups HR and Payroll system. As an established HR Systems leader, you’ll excel in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships across all levels, whilst continuing to build a team spirit and a high performing culture.
What will it take?
- Working knowledge of HR cloud solutions and applications, ideally Oracle HCM/Payroll
- Strong experience working with internal and external technical resolver groups
- Project and resource management experience
- Working knowledge of data management/quality best practice
- Ability to define and document technical designs and resource plans
- Expert experience of developing and managing systems to support governance processes
- Team player and successful people manager
