We are recruiting for a new permanent post to provide secretarial and administrative support services to the Assistant Directors for Communities & Social Policy (who currently operate as a job share). You will act as the first point of contact, responding to queries and organising meetings and work with senior managers, their personal assistants and other staff across the organisation to support the Assistant Directors in their role to help improve the lives of Londoners.

We’re looking for someone with the commitment, enthusiasm and organisational skills to help keep a fast-paced and wide-ranging programme on track. As well as using and developing your organisational skills, you’ll have exceptional writing skills with excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. This role is based at City Hall.
