Administration & Finance Assistant - Part Time (18 hrs pw) - Salford - FTC (maternity cover)
A fantastic Boutique Travel Agency, based in Salford, Greater Manchester, is looking for someone to join them as an Administration & Finance Assistant. This role is initially a 12 month maternity cover but the expectation is that it will lead to a permanent role for the right person. If you love numbers, enjoy working in a small team then this could be the role for you. Working 18 hours per week spread over 3-5 days, you will be looking after the bookkeeping using Quickbooks (and the company's booking system, on which training will be given) and handling the day to day administrative tasks for the company.
Currently working out of a co-working space in Salford, they would like an office presence at least one day a week (more is fine) but homeworking is also possible for part of each week if this is required.
Ideally they would like the successful candidate to start at the end of May to allow for a comprehensive handover.
You will be;
- Confident working with numbers
- Experienced as a Book Keeper
- Have previous Administrative experience
- And a willingness to get stuck in as one of the team
