Starting salary: £38,516 per annum (pro-rata £15,406) + £3,310 per annum geographical weighting (pro-rata £1,324 per annum)

Heading up a small, motivated team, you’ll lead our contact and influencing with the UK Parliament and oversee our engagement and communications with our growing number of Mind campaigners.
To succeed, you will share a strong commitment to Mind’s mission and values and have substantial experience of engaging beneficiaries and wider networks in campaigning. You will also have experience of influencing the UK Parliament and UK Government and be able to quickly establish your own credibility with colleagues across the organisation and in our local Minds.
