We now seek to grow our team with brilliant and diverse contributors with well-crafted technical ability. We are looking to develop leaders in AI/ML that want to be involved in a team that are making and discovering new medicines. This is an exciting role that will stretch your knowledge and curiosity, offering the opportunity to learn new skills and work within a global community.

What is the Esprit Development Programme?

The Esprit Programme is GSK's leading global talent development programme which builds a pipeline of leaders, with the right technical capabilities and behaviours to drive GSK's future strategic direction. Lasting three years, this global development programme has been created to attract high-potential individuals and fast track their careers. The Esprit programmes overall goal is to support, stretch, develop and deliver the talent of the future. Could this be you?

How does the Esprit Leadership Development Programme work?

You will spend three years on a fast track rotational development programme, aimed at accelerating your AI/ML career. Beginning in the UK or US, you will have three challenging rotations, which could include a year's international experience. These rotations will provide you with in-depth knowledge of GSK's computational environment, in addition to connecting you to broader R&D through rotation into the business. Pharma experience is not required.

All Esprit associates will be contributing to our mission to improve the quality of human life, by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer - all while fostering strong foundations for a successful career.

Is the Esprit R&D AI/ML Development Programme for you?

This is a leadership position where you will be empowered to be creative, collaborative, ambitious and bold, to solve novel R&D problems and have the potential to directly impact patients' futures. We have impressive kit and world class data, and we are now looking for smart people to join us. On completion of the three-year Esprit rotation programme we aim to off-board you into a deep technical role, with significant line or strategic leadership responsibilities.
