Part Time Office Manager / PA

Office Manager/ PA required to take on the administration of the Farringdon office as well as PA requirements for two directors.

We are looking for an efficient, flexible all-rounder with strong administration experience. Excellent organisation, and communication skills are essential, as is a warm and friendly personality and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management and organising internal and external meetings
  • Preparation of director expenses and petty cash receipts
  • Basic administration duties including reconciling company credit card each month
  • Booking flights, making travel arrangements, Visa/ESTA applications
  • Maintaining the travel and HR databases
  • Organising in-house and external staff training
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Liaising with facilities management teams, cleaners and other suppliers
  • Administering the internship programme, interviewing potential candidates and carrying out inductions for all newcomers
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, and booking couriers
  • Updating and maintaining office policies, ensuring Fire safety certificates are up to date
  • Ensuring the kitchen is well stocked at all times
  • Organising social events and the Christmas Party

Skills and Experience:

  • Familiar with Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and multi-task
  • Strong admin/office experience
  • Enthusiastic team player
