Project Manager - I.T Services, Full-time (Open to flexible working)

Hours: This is a full-time role and we are always open to discussing the different ways in which we are able to support agile working arrangements that are flexible for our people and provide the best service to our clients.
The PM leads and manages the project team, with delegated authority and responsibility from the project board to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Project managers have a key role interfacing between the ITS project and the business service lines. Project Managers are typically responsible for delivering between 1 and 3 projects concurrently.
Project Mangers report to the appropriate Senior PM or Programme Manager for operational delivery related matters and will be coached by a Programme Manager in a matrix model.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the production of deliverables to time, cost and quality requirements
- Managing the expectations and satisfaction of the project’s sponsor and stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining detailed integrated project, financial and resource plans
- Managing the level of risk in the project and implementing effective risk management
- Maintaining an awareness of interdependencies with other projects
- Managing business change impacts and production of change collateral
- Stakeholder and team management
- Risk, opportunity and issue management

- Strong academic background or relevant experience

Internal Client Services (ICS) contributes to the success of Deloitte through six departments: Clients & Markets, Finance & Legal, Human Resources, IT Services, Property & Corporate Services and the Shared Services Organisation.
