#TeamGuidant are now on the lookout for a Project Manager. This is a commercially focused project role, responsible for managing a wide range of projects and ensuring that operations deliverables are completed consistently and on time, and that they meet quality standards and the client's requirements. The Project Manager's job is to improve business operations and process efficiency and add value and support to the operational teams through implementation.

Location for this role is completely flexible with our main offices being in London and Luton and the requirement to be at client locations as and when required.

You will need previous project management experience within the recruitment outsourcing sector as well as a recognised project management qualification. You will also be passionate about maintaining client relationships at all levels and have experience of planning and running projects from inception to completion.

Day to day you'll be responsible for:

  • Outline project plans, define the deliverables, and make sure that each phase of the project is completed within time and budget.
  • Coordinate project implementation and provide stakeholders and senior management with regular progress reports.
  • Act as the project liaison between various departments. The project manager role is to ensure that all project activities are in support of overall project goals and the client's business objectives.
  • Improve business operations, process efficiency and add value and support to the operational teams through implementation and as part of continuous improvement.
