Head of Education Commissioning and School Organisation, Open to flexible working
Contract: Permanent; 37 hours per week

Camden Learning is an independent schools-led company, set up with the intention primarily to bring schools together and support the Camden family of schools to ensure that every child has the best start in life and no child gets left behind.
Camden Learning has been commissioned by Camden Council to deliver school improvement services on its behalf.
We are now recruiting for the Head of Education Commissioning and School Organisation. In this role you will act as the nominated person from Camden who manages the commissioning arrangements for the contract between the Council and Camden Learning.
As Commissioner, you will hold Camden Learning to account for delivery of the contract between Camden and the Company and will have clear protocols for monitoring the contract in line with legal requirements.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate your ability to lead the commissioning, coordination and assessment of service delivery ensuring compliance with external requirements.
The successful candidate will also be required ensure effective service delivery and performance of services in accordance with legislation, regulations and standards, good practice guidelines and to deliver agreed outcomes.
You will have an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the education system, with experience of working with schools.
You will have experience of commissioning services and contract monitoring across a range of services. Using your strong management and leadership skills, you’ll have the ability to lead the commissioning, co-ordination and assessment of service delivery in accordance with legislation and regulations.
It is essential you can demonstrate excellent communication skills across a range of media and experience of successful change management and delivery of agreed outcomes and improved performance within specified timescales.
