We are constantly striving to find innovative ways to apply new technologies and build new capabilities for our diverse organisation. Such a focus on innovation inevitably brings a high level of change with it. This role is all about delivering high-quality, IT enabled business change to our talented practitioners and colleagues.

Working collaboratively alongside experts in their fields, you’ll be involved with projects that will make an impact across our firm, fostering creativity for our clients and improving the productivity of your colleagues. We’ll also rely on you to manage your own projects independently.

Supported by your manager you’ll benefit from the kind of professional development that will enable you to explore your potential. Our culture of growth and constant opportunity creates an environment where you are not defined by anything other than the impact you make.

We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.

Your role
The PM leads and manages the project team, with delegated authority and responsibility from the project board to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Project managers have a key role interfacing between the ITS project and the business service lines. Project Managers are typically responsible for delivering between 1 and 3 projects concurrently.

Project Mangers report to the appropriate Senior PM or Programme Manager for operational delivery related matters and will be coached by a Programme Manager in a matrix model.

You will be responsible for:

Managing the production of deliverables to time, cost and quality requirements

  • Managing the production of deliverables to time, cost and quality requirements

  • Managing the expectations and satisfaction of the project’s sponsor and stakeholders

  • Creating and maintaining detailed integrated project, financial and resource plans

  • Managing the level of risk in the project and implementing effective risk management

  • Maintaining an awareness of interdependencies with other projects

  • Managing business change impacts and production of change collateral

  • Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Your work, your choice

At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk.
