Employer Sales Advisor – part-time 28 hours per week

Salary: from £22,073 FTE

We eat, sleep and breathe customer service at AAT and our sales team loves giving excellent customer service to our students, members, accredited employers and curious enquirers, encouraging them to explore the opportunities that AAT has to offer to their full potential.  We’re looking for a new team member to join us and help us to grow our share of the market through delivering excellent customer service.

What exactly will you be doing? 

As an Employer Sales Advisor you’ll be communicating with both existing accredited employer members as well as employers making their first enquiries with us, via email or over the phone.  You’ll also need to get to know our training providers as you’ll often have to pass calls over to them live so that they can get our students well and truly started.    You’ll work with a team of friendly (and competitive) individuals who will be able to support you in your first days and weeks as you learn all about our products so you can provide our customers with as much relevant information as possible.

What experience would it be good to have? 

Customer service, customer service and more customer service.  As well as customer service (did we mention that that was important?) it would be good if you had experience of dealing with customers over the phone as well as a sales attitude to help the team hit sales targets (registration targets)
