We are looking for 2 experienced part time administrators to join our friendly and committed Sutton and Merton young people’s Counselling services. 

Hours available are:

30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Sutton office)

20-25 hours per week over 3 - 4 days per week (Merton office)

  • You will have responsibility for the administration of the counselling services including: 
  • responding to young people and professionals 
  • managing the counselling diary 
  • liaising with counsellors and database work. 
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sutton or Merton service manager and counsellors including developing/maintaining electronic and paper-based administrative systems and procedures to support the work 

You will need to have strong IT skills alongside very good organisational and administrative skills and the ability to manage a busy and demanding workload. Previous administrative experience in a healthcare, education or counselling setting would be an advantage.

About Off the Record 

“Off the Record” Youth Counselling Croydon was founded in 1994 to provide free, independent, confidential, professional counselling for 14 – 25 year olds in the Croydon area.  Since then, the agency has expanded to include further areas of work in Croydon including BME Mental Health Work; a Young Carers Service; and a specialist counselling service for young refugees; as well as offering online and face-to-face counselling within the neighbouring boroughs of Sutton and Merton.
