The O365 Product Leader is a senior manager within the IT Services function. You will be responsible for the overall strategy for deploying the O365 suite of products, and crucially ensuring that our practitioners are able to work more efficiently, wherever they are.
This will be a challenging position and to succeed you need flexibility and the ability to influence your communications across different audiences:
- Business Leaders
- Practitioners and Communities of Practice
- Global, Regional and Local IT Colleagues
Your first task will be to manage the transition from delivery project to product team, setting out your strategy for keeping close to the business in supporting the transformation of Deloitte, and identifying opportunities to exploit platform capabilities.
To make most of this opportunity, we are looking for evidence of significant experience of:
- Product Ownership across the full lifecycle.
- Service Management
- Vendor Management
- Cyber Security.
The role will report to the Head of Business Applications, working alongside the Product Owners for other applications and with other Operational Managers and will involve managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Your professional experience
To qualify for this role you must have:
- Cross-industry best practice experience of leading product teams, product strategies and support
- Proven Leadership credentials with demonstrable examples of developing and leading High Performing Teams/People
- Technical Project Management exposure (large scale and medium/small projects)
- Solid and proven experience of vendor management (£’000K) and contractual delivery and support arrangements.
- Strong at building effective relationship building across diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with solid communication abilities across a variety of stakeholders and situations.
- Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language
- An innovative approach to problem solving
