Do you want to be part of the team that is transforming the way that vocational learning is delivered across the UK?
Do you have the skills, experience, personality and drive to support a caseload of managers to make them better leaders?
Are you able to mentor, teach and support a group of managers to complete a world-class package of practical leadership and management training?
Do you want to do all this in a highly flexible working environment including the opportunity to work from home and plan your time around your other commitments?
The Corndel Management School provides senior, middle and entry-level managers with the skills and qualifications to be better leaders. You will join a company that is breaking new ground in developing the managers of tomorrow through a world-class programme of vocational learning. This is your opportunity to be involved with an exciting new enterprise, working with some of the largest and highest profile businesses in the UK, helping them and their managers succeed.
As a Corndel Professional Development Expert, you will provide first-class coaching/mentoring and teaching that meets the aspirations and objectives of managers and their employers.
Corndel is seeking exceptional individuals to join our Professional Development Team. You must have managed a team and have real, practical experience of management, preferably in a range of environments.
As the Corndel Professional Development Expert you will:
- Manage a cohort, mentoring and coaching them to be better managers.
- Take our theoretical course content and make it real for each individual manager that you are supporting, through fortnightly development sessions.
- Support your caseload of managers to complete all Corndel Diploma training material and assessment tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure that each of your managers is engaged on the Diploma, is perceiving the value of it, and is actively pursuing it as a means of furthering their career.
Ultimately you will be judged on the number of managers that you support to successfully complete the Diploma, and the satisfaction of each manager and their line manager with the Corndel programme.
Starting salary of £45,000 to £65,000 plus bonus based on the percentage of managers completing their diploma.
You must be able to work a minimum of three days per week, with full-time availability a highly sought-after option as well.
We are currently looking for candidates from the London area, but because of the home-working environment that this job supports, applicants can be from anywhere in the UK.
