This is an exciting opportunity to join the award winning legal charity ATLEU (Anti Trafficking and Labour Exploitation Unit).

We are looking for an outstanding individual, who is passionate about protecting the rights of vulnerable migrants. We need a business minded, detail-oriented, creative thinker who will build on our reputation for innovation and excellence. You will have a track record of achievement in this field and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong financial and business acumen.

The Head of Operations is a key member of the organisation’s small dynamic team, with responsibility for ATLEU’s operations, which include the provision of legal services, resources, training, external supervision and policy and campaigning.

ATLEU is going through a period of growth; we opened a second office in Sheffield in September 2018 to extend our services into the north of England and we have plans to continue to expand our team in London and Sheffield over the next 5 years. The Head of Operations will work with the Director and Head of Legal Practice to develop the organisation’s capacity and resilience and to grow ATLEU’s services nationally.

The role would suit a commercial professional seeking new challenges in the not for profit sector, or an experienced third sector manager. You will bring your skills and experience to a dedicated team that punches well above its weight and are passionate about transforming individual lives and bringing about long term change.

ATLEU seeks candidates that are motivated by the organisation’s mission and values. We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.

We are open to flexible and remote working arrangements, including working patterns that will assist in accommodating caring responsibilities. We will consider flexible working packages such as holiday purchase schemes, and flexible hours such as working three days across five.

Find out more and apply on our website via the 'Apply' button.

Deadline for applications: 10am on Monday 9 September 2019.
