Permanent and Fixed Term/Secondment Contracts (6-18 months)

“The Hackney Council Repairs Contact Centre want to create the most customer service focused service in the public sector….do you want to be part of the team?”

We are looking for Customer Services Agents who will work within the Repair Contact Centre and is ideal for people who want to develop themselves and work within public sector housing. 

You will be responsible for resolving repairs issues over the phone, on behalf of our residents. 

To thrive in this role you will be customer focused, always looking to reach a satisfactory outcome for our residents.  You will be proactive, flexible and able to adapt to change.

You will ideally have experience of working within a Customer Service environment as well as a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite and Google G-Suite applications.

This salary on offer here at Hackney is higher than the average wage for a Call Agent in London as of 16 July 2019 according to Glassdoor (average in London is £19,924 per annum).
