As a Learning Campaign and Marketing Specialist, you will help to develop and implement the communication, engagement and marketing plans across all functions, markets, geographies, languages, audiences and learner types. This is an excellent development opportunity for you to build upon your experience in Marketing/Internal Communication to partner with the L&D Leadership Team and CR teams to grow and maintain the L&D brand as part of the overall Diageo employer brand strategy. In this communication role we want you to plan, design & implement communication campaigns but also to drive the required level of engagement throughout the company.
What we’re looking for?
- Experience in an Internal Communications or Marketing Communication role in a matrix organisation
- Proven Experience creating compelling written and visual communications across multiple channels
- Experience targeting high-impact communications to key stakeholders using established networks of champions and influencers.
- Experience in measuring engagement; ideally on a global scale
- Understanding and appreciation for online SEO
- Basic tools exposure: Adobe Photoshop or similar
- Understanding of L&D environment beneficial but not essential
