The Ethical Property Foundation is the UK’s property advice charity for the voluntary sector. We are currently seeking a very special person to join our dedicated team upon the retirement of Gordon Ludlow.  This is an exciting role for a senior property professional who is looking for an opportunity with huge variety and is passionate about serving non- profit organisations.  The role will involve working alongside our CEO, supporting our property advice team and building our high quality, affordable consultancy.

The Ethical Property Foundation (Charity No. 1101812) was launched in 2004 to promote a vision of ethical property management and to support voluntary organisations with expert, independent property advice. On average we support 300 voluntary organisations a year with free advice, training and consultancy, plus a further 12,000 charities through our online resources.

We have established an excellent track record and, since 2015, we have been sole referral partners to the Charity Commission for land and property advice. Our goal is to support every charity in their local community, whatever their size, turnover, cause or mission to make the most of their property, whether rented or owned.

With a part-time staff team of 4, we work in close partnership with our committed community of volunteers, self-employed Associates and our Register of Property Professionals - senior surveyors and solicitors.  We are supported by an expert board of trustees led by Dr Peter Damesick.

The Foundation’s work is underpinned by our commitment to ethical, sustainable property management. This is supported by ongoing research, in partnership with the Charity Commission. The latest results were published in November 2018 – available as a free download on our website.
