Are you highly organised and passionate about getting projects delivered? We are looking to add a PMO Manager to focus on the portfolio to the PMO function at ComparetheMarket.com to unlock challenges to excellent execution.

This role will be vital in maintaining the standards for project management at comparethemarket.com. You'll be tracking our performance against the company-wide aims and ambitions, supporting core programmes in our portfolio and managing the continuous improvement in our delivery process.

Excellent attention to detail is essential in this role, challenging and clarifying the portfolio status information alongside our programme management community: identifying trends, issues and overall RAG status. You'll be working closely with people in the team to help manage the flow of information, making sure the right people are aware of status, progress, key blockers and risks at the right time to keep projects delivering on time, to budget and to our customer expectations. You'll support strategic decision making by using these outputs to look at the demand vs supply against our strategic goals. Alongside this, you'll be helping to develop and embed the end to end process through the key touchpoints to help ComparetheMarket.com continue our trajectory of growth and success

What will it take to be successful?

  • Can provide examples of end-to-end project management
  • The ability to translate large amounts of data
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A sound understanding of Agile methodologies and stakeholder management techniques with the ability to apply these appropriately
  • Prepared to take ownership and not be deflected by problems
  • Self-motivated & a team player with a collaborative approach
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with great attention to detail
