Within our London tax function we are looking for tax experience across large corporate and dynamic entrepreneurial tax advisory / compliance projects. The work we do with our clients is hugely important, they rely on us to make sure they understand the complex and ever-changing tax system.


A Senior Manager must demonstrate depth of technical knowledge in own service area and apply this knowledge to develop solutions to complex technical issues. Can manage a team dealing with complex and demanding assignments on a day to day basis.

Join us and you’ll provide innovative tax solutions and advice to all kinds of clients of every size grow in this complex tax environment. Our specialists work in supporting small and medium-sized businesses through to large corporates on a wide range of tax issues. You’ll help them achieve their business goals, enable them to grow sustainably and in turn help to shape a vibrant economy.

What you’ll be doing:
Advising UK and international groups on a range of domestic and cross border tax issues, group structuring, tax efficient financing, inbound and outbound investment, etc.
Recommending strategies for managing clients’ effective tax rate using efficient intellectual property, financing and other strategies
Overseeing teams in regards to tax advisory projects. Acting as the point of contact for specialists, overseas member firms and external advisers to deliver successful projects and expertise to those clients.
Coaching and developing junior members of staff

Who we're looking for:
you'll have gained experience working within a professional services environment
you’ll possess working knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
you’ll have reviewed work and supervised staff in a tax environment

Minimum requirements

  • You’ll have post qualified experience (ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • You’ll have experience of managing a large portfolio of tax clients
  • You’ll have demonstrable Business Development experience
