Accord is an award-winning independent marketing agency, based in a great location close to Covent Garden.
We are looking for an experienced and confident General Ledger and Payroll Manager to join our finance team, reporting to the Finance Director. We can consider part-time or flexible hours (at least 30 hours per week split over any four days).
Key responsibilities include:
- Cashbook maintenance and bank reconciliations
- Daily bank monitoring
- Cashflow reporting
- Managing expenses and petty cash
- Reconciling credit cards
- Processing bulk online transactions including direct debits and BACS payments
- Monthly payroll processing (SAGE 50) including auto-enrolment pension management
