The Compliance team, within our HR Service function, requires a Senior Administrator to join our growing team. You will be joining HR Services at an exciting time as we review our Service and how we best serve our customers. The key function of the Compliance team is to provide governance and to administer key compliance processes on behalf of HR. In joining our team, your focus will be on our Right to Work checks, ensuring compliance as well as taking the opportunity to continuously review and implement process improvements. .

About Practice Support Services 

You will be part of Practice Support Services (PSS). PSS and its teams partner with the business internally to deliver a range of high-quality business administration and advisory services across a number of operational areas, including Engagement Support Services (ESS), HR Services and Pensions. 

Underpinning PSS is its Projects and Operational Excellence (POpEx) function, ensuring the delivery of consistent high quality services across the business and supporting the delivery of projects, change and new services – locally, regionally and beyond.

Your role

To provide a client focused experience through the timely and accurate completion of HR compliance administrative processes, such as but not limited to: 

  • Updating our HR systems with all new joiner day one right to work documentation checks
  • Visa checks, for those visa’s expiring and every 12 months.
  • Exception management and quality control.
  • Be a champion of process and service delivery, supporting coaching and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Provide a client focused experience through the timely and accurate completion of queries and activities.
  • Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.
  • Take ownership for queries and escalations, escalating to the Team Manager if necessary or specific cases to the appropriate HR Services team or third party provider.
  • Maintain own continuing professional development to ensure advice given is appropriate and of a high quality.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times.

Work pattern: This is an 8 Month contract opportunity.  The role can be worked on a full time basis.
