The Video Producer is at the heart of our business. You will oversee the flawless
development and execution of educational videos from world-class experts. Many of the
individuals you are filming, are household names. Their expectation is of high quality
video production. They will be familiar with working with the BBC and/or other global film,
documentary and top communications companies.

As Video Producer, you will guide the development and lead the execution of best-in-class
customer-facing video communication in support of our business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing development of videos from inception
through final delivery. This includes leading production through all phases, recruiting and
overseeing the best fit videographers and editors, and ensuring projects are produced on
strategy, within budget, and to the highest levels of creative excellence.

Who You Are
• You have 5+ years of experience in a producer position at an agency, commercial
production company, or in-house marketing communications or creative services
• You have relationships with the production community that bring an in-depth
knowledge of resources, crew, and production vendors.
• You can lead and motivate teams with both direct and indirect reporting relationships.
• You are a strong leader who informally leads multidisciplinary teams and has videography expertise at both a strategic and executional level.
• You are able to work with multiple partners and negotiate agreements where varying
opinions are the norm.
• You have prior TV commercial, digital, and video and motion graphics production and
post-production experience, excellent communication skills, demonstrated project
and budget management skills, and a proven track record of influencing the creative
• You solve problems creatively and are able to compromise without impacting the

• You understand our voice and aesthetic and can shape creative

• You are an exceptional project planner and equally comfortable writing a curriculum
or process doc, as you are managing a team of videographers, or doing some hands
on edits

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the flawless development and execution of videos from world-
class experts
• Curriculum development with our tutors/partners
• Production leadership and planning
• Identifying and managing best fit videographers and editors
• Managing production budget
• Managing the production of supporting notes (as well as video courses)
• Managing partner teams to deliver the best subject matter in the most digestible
manner, on time, for global, digital audiences

• 22 days paid holiday
• We are based in a thriving start-up community in Oxford. We also spend plenty of time
in London, so remote working is part of our DNA
