In the Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) sector, our rapid growth and ambitious plans have resulted in a requirement for several senior advisory professionals and technical specialists. We are looking for experienced WAM practitioners with the ability to contribute to a high calibre team that is already building a market leading business. You will join our WAM sector in a client facing account management team.

 Your key responsibilities

  • You will support a Client Service Partner / Client Service Director in running large accounts or have sole responsibility for running one or more smaller/high-potential accounts.
  • Within our major campaigns, you will be responsible for key initiatives and areas, e.g., specific solutions, reporting/tracking, new proposition development, etc.
  • You will mentor and coach junior team members.
  • You will have day-to-day responsibility for running pursuits, leading pursuit teams, and managing service-line stakeholders.

  • Able to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary areas, including senior stakeholders across EY and our clients
  • Ability to flex your style and versatility according to EQ is key 
  • Excellent people management, written and communication skills
  • Ability to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to listen to constructive feedback from a range of personnel and respond accordingly

 To qualify for the role you must have

  • Goal-oriented person, ability to take on an objective and transform it into a concrete plan
  • Strong personal awareness and credibility in their chosen field(s)
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to distinguish between urgent and important
  • Ability to work independently without detailed oversight
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Enthusiastic, committed and determined
  • Excellent IT skills with a detailed understanding of MS PowerPoint, Project and Excel
  • Eye for detail
